Job Title: Estate Manager (Oil Palm)
Role Purpose:
To lead the daily operations of the oil palm estate, ensuring maximum Fresh Fruit Bunch (FFB) yield and cost-efficiency while strictly adhering to sustainability standards (RSPO/MSPO) and safety regulations.

Key Responsibilities
Field Operations: Oversee all agricultural activities, including harvesting, weeding, manuring, and pest/disease control to achieve monthly and annual production targets.

Budget & Cost Control: Prepare annual operating budgets and capital expenditure (CAPEX) plans; monitor monthly expenditures to ensure they remain within approved limits.

Harvesting & Logistics: Manage harvest intervals and optimize the evacuation of FFB to the mill to minimize crop loss and ensure high oil extraction rates.

Workforce Management: Supervise, train, and motivate a diverse workforce, including field assistants, mandors, and harvesters, while ensuring high labor productivity.

Sustainability & Compliance: Ensure total compliance with environmental laws, labor regulations, and occupational safety and health (OSH) standards.

Infrastructure & Assets: Oversee the maintenance of estate roads, bridges and the operational readiness of all machinery and equipment.

Job Requirements
Education: Degree or Diploma in Agricultural Science, Plantation Management, or a related field.
Experience:
Manager Level: Minimum 5–10 years of experience in oil palm estate management.
Technical Skills: Proficiency in plantation management, English and basic financial reporting (Excel).
Leadership: Strong interpersonal skills for liaising with local authorities and communities.
Location: Sg Petani, Kedah

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Contract

Pay: RM7,000.00 - RM10,000.00 per month
