About Limitless Music Academy:

Limitless Music Academy is a growing music school providing engaging online music lessons and in-person band programmes for students across the UK.

Through our online academy and our Rock Squad band programme, we currently support around 350 - 400 students each week, with lessons in piano, guitar, vocals and drums delivered by a dedicated team of specialist tutors.

As the academy continues to grow, we are looking for a highly organised Operations & Student Support Assistant to help support the day-to-day running of the business and ensure our students, parents and tutors receive an excellent experience.

This is an exciting opportunity to join a growing education company at a key stage of development and play an important role in helping the academy scale smoothly.

The Role:

The Operations & Student Support Assistant will work closely with the founder to help manage the day-to-day administration of the academy.

The role involves supporting both our online music school operations and aspects of our Rock Squad group band programme, helping ensure communication with parents, tutors and new enquiries is handled efficiently and professionally.

This role is fully remote and would suit someone who is organised, proactive, reliable and comfortable communicating with families and students.

Working Hours:

Approximately 10 - 12 hours per week

Typically structured as:

Monday – Friday
Around 2 hours per day (morning availability preferred)

Morning availability allows the successful candidate to help manage daily communications, new enquiries and operational tasks early in the day.

Key Responsibilities:

Responsibilities will include supporting the daily operations of the academy, including:

  • Responding to parent and student emails in a professional and friendly manner
  • Assisting with scheduling and rescheduling lessons when required
  • Sending Zoom lesson links and reminders to students and families
  • Updating and maintaining student records within our CRM and admin systems
  • Supporting new student enquiries and helping to arrange trial lessons
  • Speaking with prospective families on the phone when needed to help organise lessons
  • Communicating with tutors regarding lesson updates or schedule changes
  • Maintaining organised calendars for tutors and students
  • Supporting administrative tasks related to our Rock Squad group programmes
  • Ensuring systems such as Airtable, Google Workspace and other platforms remain organised and up to date

The Type of Person We Are Looking For:

The ideal candidate will be:

  • Highly organised and detail-oriented
  • Friendly, professional and confident communicating with parents and students
  • Comfortable speaking on the phone and helping new families arrange lessons
  • Able to communicate clearly and build trust with prospective students and parents
  • Confident using online systems and digital tools
  • Reliable and proactive when managing tasks independently
  • Comfortable working remotely with minimal supervision

Experience within education, tutoring, music schools, school administration, or customer service roles would be particularly beneficial.

Helpful Experience:

The following experience would be advantageous:

  • Administrative or operations support roles
  • Customer service or client communication
  • Experience speaking with prospective clients or handling enquiries
  • Experience using CRM systems or administrative platforms
  • Familiarity with tools such as Google Workspace and / or Airtable

Training will be provided where required.

Pay:

£13 – £15 per hour depending on experience

Approximately 10 - 12 hours per week

This role is offered on a self-employed contractor basis, so applicants should be comfortable invoicing for hours worked.

Pay: £13.00-£15.00 per hour

Expected hours: 10.0 – 12.0 per week
