Operations Manager – Wellness & Hospitality

Le Pristine Wellness & Healing Hotel is a boutique wellness destination in Nyeri, offering curated hospitality experiences focused on healing, nature, and refined service.


We are seeking a hands-on Operations Manager to oversee daily hotel operations, support departmental teams, strengthen systems, and elevate guest experience.


This role is ideal for a hospitality professional who enjoys being on the ground, working with people, and bringing structure, discipline, and finesse to operations.

Key Responsibilities
Oversee day-to-day operations across Front Office, Finance, Housekeeping, F&B, Kitchen, Spa, Maintenance, and Gardens
Support department heads and teams to improve efficiency, coordination, and service delivery
Drive adoption and effective use of Wincloud PMS (end to end) & POS, working closely with Finance
Ensure operational data, reporting, and controls are accurate and timely
Work with the GM on budgets, cost controls, stock management, and operational planning
Uphold service standards and personally engage with guests to ensure a high-quality experience
Identify operational gaps and implement practical solutions
Lead, coach, and motivate teams while maintaining discipline and accountability
Prepare quarterly operational updates for Board review

Key Requirements
5+ years' experience in hotel, lodge, resort, or wellness hospitality operations
Strong understanding of hotel operations and service delivery
Financial acumen, including cost control and operational reporting
Experience working with PMS and POS systems (Wincloud experience is an advantage)
Ability to manage multiple teams and functions
Strong people skills with staff and guests
High attention to detail and service finesse
Leadership mindset with a hands-on approach
Willingness to work full-time, on-site in Nyeri
Available to start immediately or within one month

Compensation & Terms

Gross salary:
KES 100,000 – 120,000
Full-time, on-site role
Temporary accommodation available in staff quarters (relocation costs are the candidate's responsibility)
Probation period applies
Selected candidates may be invited for a two-week paid on-ground assessment
