This may include key account management, order status, returns, e-commerce live chat, and customer engagement. This role acts as the direct supervisor leader to a group of customer service representatives.</i></p><p></p><p>This position is part of the <i>Customer Service Team</i> and will be located in <i>Pall Corporation, PJ, Malaysia and will be an on-site role. </i></p><p></p><p><b>In this role, you will have the opportunity to:</b></p><ul><li><i>Manages a team of associates responsible for end to end “Order to Cash” process, via phone, email and e-commerce.</i></li><li><i>Collaborate with customers, sales, operations and supply chain to ensure accurate and timely information is provided in response to all customer inquiries.</i></li><li><i>Partners with sales and customer service representatives to satisfy customer needs.</i></li><li><i>Serves as the point person for complex inquiries and escalations.</i></li><li><i>Ensures Pall’s policies and procedures are current and executed to compliantly meet requirements.</i></li><li><i>Coaches/mentors the associates in their career development.</i></li><li><i>Communicates Pall’s vision and leads by example by involving in the continuous improvement as part Danaher Core Behavior.</i></li></ul><p></p><p><b>The essential requirements of the job include:</b></p><ul><li><i>College degree, </i><i>technical training</i><i> in customer service, or equivalent experience. </i></li><li><i>Knowledge in order management and S4H</i></li><li><i>Driven to deliver excellent customer satisfaction with the a</i><i>bility to solve customer problems and inquiries in a high demand, fast-paced, multi-tasking environment.</i></li></ul><ul><li><i>Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English with familiarity of German langauge</i></li><li><i>Organizational and analytical skills, ability to prioritize, and customer centric mindset.</i></li><li><i>Ability to manage through conflict and adapt to the changes. </i></li><li><i>Ability to coach and lead the team towards working in ONETEAM and adhere to organization policy.</i></li></ul><p></p><p><b>It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:</b></p><ul><li><i>Ability to communicate clearly in a verbal and written format in Germanylanguage.</i></li><li><i>Experience in a shared service environment</i></li></ul><p></p><p>Pall Corporation, a Danaher company, offers a broad array of comprehensive, competitive benefit programs that add value to our lives.
