Job Description

We are seeking a diligent and meticulous Packing Assistant to join our dedicated assembly line team. As a Packing Assistant, you will be a critical part of our operations, ensuring that all products are carefully and efficiently packaged according to our high standards of quality and hygiene. This role involves working in a dynamic environment where precision, speed, and attention to detail are paramount. You will be responsible for preparing products for distribution, from initial inspection to final sealing and labeling. We are looking for someone who is reliable, physically capable, and committed to maintaining a clean and organized workspace. Key Responsibilities

  • Operate packing machinery and equipment efficiently and safely.
  • Inspect products for quality defects, damage, or inconsistencies before and during the packing process.
  • Accurately label, seal, and package various products according to specific guidelines and standards.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workstation throughout the shift.
  • Adhere strictly to all company hygiene, sanitation, and safety protocols.
  • Assist with the loading, unloading, and staging of materials and finished products.
  • Support inventory management by accurately counting and recording packed goods.
  • Collaborate effectively with team members and supervisors to ensure smooth workflow and meet production targets.
  • Report any equipment malfunctions, product discrepancies, or safety concerns promptly.
