We are looking for a hands-on Paid Media Specialist to manage and optimize advertising campaigns across Google Ads (Search + Performance Max) and Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram) for a small, experience-based business that hosts seasonal events, ticketed experiences, and local activities.

Our advertising budgets are modest, so we are looking for someone who is scrappy, strategic, and comfortable working with smaller budgets while maximizing performance and efficiency.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with local businesses, events, and seasonal campaigns and knows how to generate strong results without relying on large ad spend.

Google Ads

Manage and optimize Google Search campaigns

Set up and optimize Performance Max (PMax) campaigns

Conduct keyword research and search term optimization

Implement negative keyword strategies

Optimize bidding strategies to maximize conversions and cost efficiency

Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram)

Build and manage conversion and event-based campaigns

Develop local audience targeting and retargeting strategies

Test creative variations and messaging

Optimize campaigns for ticket sales, visits, and conversions

Optimization & Reporting

Monitor key metrics such as CPA, ROAS, CTR, and conversion rates

Provide clear insights and recommendations
