Your Opportunity, Your Team The Paid Search Specialist supports QVC and you will play a key role in shaping and executing advanced SEM strategies across Shopping (PLA), Text, and AI‑powered campaigns (PMAX, AI Max). Where You'll Work This role is hybrid and will require you to be onsite at West Chester, PA several days per month (onsite days are predetermined and standard across the company). Job seekers must reside in one of the following states to be considered: PA, DE, and NJ. Relocation assistance is not available for this role.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the strategy, execution, and optimization of SEM Shopping, Text, PMAX, and AI Max campaigns across Google and Bing.
  • Analyze large data sets to uncover performance trends and translate findings into actionable strategies.
  • Monitor and forecast campaign spend and performance metrics with precision.
  • Manage budgets, pacing, and KPIs to meet and exceed portfolio goals.
  • Support acquisition and retention efforts through the management and optimization of audience lists.
  • Execute detailed campaign adjustments, including SKU and keyword‑level bidding, ad group modifiers, and budget reallocations.
  • Utilize automation tools, bid rules, and scripts to maximize efficiency.
  • Conduct routine account audits to ensure optimal structure, compliance, and performance.
  • Collaborate with search partners and cross‑functional teams to drive shared success.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field, or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum 1 years of hands on experience managing high performance SEM campaigns in an e-commerce or performance-based environment.‑on experience managing high‑performance SEM campaigns
  • Proficiency in Google Analytics, Acoustic, and Google Ads/Bing Editors.
