Job Description

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to provide comprehensive support to the Executive Senior Finance Manager. The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day operation of the finance function through administrative, coordination, and basic financial support tasks. This role requires discretion, strong organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities.

Administrative Support

  • Provide day-to-day administrative support to the Finance Manager
  • Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate appointments
  • Prepare agendas, take meeting minutes, and follow up on action items
  • Handle correspondence, emails, and phone calls professionally

Finance & Reporting Support

  • Assist with preparation and formatting of financial reports, budgets, and presentation
  • Maintain accurate filing systems for financial documents (digital and hard copy)
  • Support invoice processing, expense claims, and payment tracking
  • Liaise with internal departments and external vendors regarding finance-related queries

Skills & Qualifications Required

  • Proven experience in an administrative or assistant role (finance environment preferred)
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills
  • High attention to detail and accuracy
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel and Word)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
