Part-Time Healthcare Partnerships Representative

Remote | ~20 hours/week | Base Pay + Commission

(We are the hiring company, not a 3rd party recruiter.)

About Us

Clover Digital Brands is a mission-driven company building digital products that make a difference. We serve two markets: senior care and education.

Our new senior care platform helps in-home care organizations bring meaningful activities and engagement into the daily lives of the seniors they serve.

We believe the best businesses are people businesses. Our goal is not simply to sell software—we want to partner with organizations doing important work and help them make a real difference.

About the Role

We are looking for a relationship-oriented sales professional to help introduce our platform to in-home care organizations across the United States.

This is a part-time remote contract role (~15-20 hours/week) combining base pay with commission. You will reach out to in-home care agencies, introduce our platform, schedule demonstrations for interested organizations, and guide interested agencies through to a signed partnership agreement.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys connecting with people, is comfortable making outbound calls, and is motivated by helping organizations that care for seniors.

Responsibilities

  • Reach out to in-home care organizations via phone, email, and LinkedIn
  • Regularly post on LinkedIn to build visibility and credibility within the home care community
  • Introduce our platform and explain how it benefits caregivers and seniors
  • Schedule and conduct short product demonstrations
  • Build relationships with decision-makers in care organizations
  • Follow up with interested prospects and guide them through to a signed partnership agreement
  • Provide ongoing support to current clients
  • Maintain organized notes on outreach activity and conversations
  • Submit a brief weekly summary: outreach activity, demos scheduled, deals in progress, and deals closed

Compensation

Base Pay:

Part-time contract — approximately 15-20 hours per week at a competitive hourly rate.

Commission:

This role combines a part-time base with commission paid for each new agency partnership. Earnings potential is strong and details will be shared during the interview process.

What We’re Looking For

  • Strong communication skills and a friendly, professional phone presence
  • Comfortable using digital tools including video conferencing, CRM or contact tracking, and web-based applications
  • Comfortable making outbound calls and introducing new concepts to organizations
  • Self-motivated, organized, and persistent
  • Ability to build trust and relationships with healthcare professionals
  • Prior experience in sales, outreach, or relationship-based roles is strongly preferred
  • Experience in healthcare, senior care, home care, or community services is a plus

Why This Role Matters

The organizations we partner with care deeply about the people they serve. By helping them discover our platform, you will be supporting caregivers and improving the daily lives of seniors across the country.

We are looking for someone who wants to be part of that mission.
