At Growmodo, we help agencies and fast-growing companies scale smarter through a flexible, subscription-based talent model. We’re looking for a Partner Growth Manager (Sales) who owns their pipeline, leads confident sales conversations, and closes new partners consistently. If you’re proactive, performance-driven, and motivated by results, this is your chance to directly impact our growth.

The Role

Working Hours: Mondays - Fridays, 8am-5pm Eastern Standard Time

The Partner Growth Manager is a frontline revenue driver. They own the sales conversation from first outreach or lead capture to closed subscription.

About You

The ideal Partner Growth Manager is a consultative closer and a proactive pipeline builder, not a passive lead handler. They understand that strong sales performance comes from consistent prospecting, strong follow-up, and confident closing. They do not wait for inbound leads to do their job. They create opportunities daily using basic outbound skills (LinkedIn sourcing, Apollo searching, email outreach, follow-ups, and calls when needed).

They are commercially sharp, persuasive, and confident leading business conversations. They can qualify quickly, handle objections without getting defensive, and ask for the close when it makes sense.

They are motivated by performance-based compensation and take pride in owning a number.

What You’ll Own (Key Responsibilities)

  • Prospect daily using LinkedIn, Apollo, and outbound channels
  • Book and run discovery calls
  • Qualify prospects based on fit and readiness
  • Communicate value clearly and handle objections
  • Close new partner subscriptions
  • Maintain CRM hygiene and follow-up discipline
  • Share feedback on lead quality and objections

You Must Have:

  • 1–5+ years in sales, SDR, BDR, or closing roles
  • Proven ability to close or advance deals
  • Clear, confident, persuasive communication (verbal and written)
  • Experience generating leads through outbound outreach
  • Strong sales drive and motivation tied to performance
  • Ability to handle objections and lead calls confidently
  • Ownership mindset and consistent follow-through
  • Organized pipeline management and CRM discipline

Bonus Points If You:

  • Experience selling subscription-based services
  • Experience selling creative, marketing, design, or development services
  • Familiarity with consultative or solution-based selling frameworks
  • Experience working with inbound, marketing-qualified leads
  • Understanding of digital agencies or outsourced service models

This Role Is NOT For You If:

  • You prefer waiting for inbound leads instead of generating your own pipeline.
  • You’re uncomfortable with outbound prospecting (LinkedIn, email, Apollo, follow-ups).
  • You avoid closing conversations or hesitate to ask for commitment.
  • You’re not motivated by performance-based compensation.
  • You struggle with consistent follow-up, CRM discipline, or owning a number.
  • You prefer a support role rather than leading sales conversations.
  • You’re easily discouraged by objections or rejection.
