Axcess is hiring a Personal Care Aide to provide in-home support to an adult client with special needs or disabilities. This role focuses on supervision, personal care, and daily assistance to promote safety, independence, and overall well-being while giving families peace of mind.

About Axcess

Axcess is a home care provider serving individuals with special needs and disabilities across South Carolina. We partner with Community Long Term Care and the Department of Disabilities and Special Needs (DDSN) to provide aide services to eligible clients. We are hiring for multiple clients throughout the state.

Duties May Include:

  • Supervision and safety monitoring

  • Bathing, dressing, and personal hygiene

  • Toileting and incontinence care

  • Meal preparation and feeding assistance

  • Assistance with daily living activities and routines

  • Light housekeeping related to the client's care

Location: CAMERON
Schedule: MONDAY-FRIDAY 6AM-7:45A

Qualifications:

  • At least 18 years of age

  • Ability to pass background check and drug screening

  • Physically able to assist an adult with special needs

  • Valid driver's license and insured transportation
