ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES (other duties may be assigned)

Premium host provides exceptional customer service with an emphasis on delivering personalized premium service to First Class, Lounge Guests, Platinum, Frequent Flyer Members and major corporate accounts, ensuring a seamless travel experience. The Premium host is responsible for pre-flight preparations for all First, Chairmans, and Platinum customers including liaising with key airport and Airline departments.

Key functions for pre and post flight operations include.

  • Reviewing emails to ensure all requests are actioned and or cleared, creating a shift report after requests are reviewed.
  • Monitor flights for next day to prepare notes for handover of host.
  • Communicating with lounge on customers arrival details.
  • Brief Customer Service Agents on any specific requirements.
  • Populating customer details into flight and note plans for customer arrival.

Key functions for greeting and assisting passengers include.

  • Host, greet and welcome all customers.
  • Invite customers to join Customer Service Agent at the check in desk.
  • Managing customer issues relating to booking or experience.
  • Accompany customers to airport security/immigration/ Premium lounge.
  • Provide customer handover to the Lounge Host

The Premium Host ensures that customer service staff maintain Airline's standards of service excellence throughout the customer journey, including handling administrative duties and managing situations arising from flight disruptions. The primary focus is on delivering exceptional service to the premium guests. The Premium host will demonstrate a positive and analytical approach to problem solving and capacity to produce results within tight timeframes. The position is a key airport liaison position that role models consistent quality customer service and team centric behaviors.



Required Skills

Basic Requirements:

  • At least 18yrs old, with a High School Diploma or G.E.D.
  • Must be able to obtain security clearance from US Customs and Border Protection which requires valid proof of citizenship or authorized residency
  • Able to speak, read and write in English, French Language is a Plus
  • Flexible schedule to work weekends, holidays & overtime.
  • Basic Math Skills: Adding, Subtracting, Division, and Multiplying
  • Computer Literate
  • Common sense and organization skills
  • Time management skills
  • Capacity to make quick and rational decisions.
  • Effective communication skills and good listening skills
  • Able to multi-task and carry out duties in a fast-paced environment.
  • Able to reading & comprehend reference materials, instructions, policies & procedures.
  • Valid US Driver's License is Plus
