We are seeking a PRN Inpatient Psychiatrist to join our team at Granite Hills Hospital in West Allis, WI. This is your opportunity to join the dynamic team at a newer state-of-the-art psychiatric facility to provide weekend, overnight, as needed advanced behavioral health care to the great Milwaukee community and surrounding areas. Quick Facts

  • Employment Type: Hospital Employed, PRN, Inpatient Psychiatry Coverage
  • Schedule / Hours: Weekend rounding on-site (Sat/Sun 8 am – 5 pm) and/or after hours, on-call coverage on weekday nights and/or weekend nights telephonic or tele-psychiatry (5 pm – 8 am)
  • Location: West Allis, Wisconsin
  • Practice Setting: Behavioral Health Facility; inpatient, PHP/IOP treatment

Responsibilities

  • Provide inpatient rounding, admissions, treatment team participation, discharge summaries and medication management.
  • Collaborate with physicians, APPs, and support staff

Qualifications

  • Board Certified / Board Eligible in Adult or Child/Adolescent Psychiatry
  • Wisconsin Medical License or ability to obtain
  • Meet all credentialing criteria required by participating physicians
