Product Advisor (Data Analytics & Insights)

What you will do

The Product Advisor (Data Analytics & Insights) owns the end-to-end lifecycle of data-driven products and analytical solutions that empower informed decision-making across the organization. This is a senior individual contributor role with full product ownership, strong organizational visibility, and the opportunity to operate at a lead-level capacity while shaping strategic direction and delivering measurable business impact.

Partnering closely with business, analytics, engineering, and project stakeholders, this role defines product vision, translates complex business needs into actionable requirements, and drives the delivery of scalable, high-impact solutions. The Product Advisor (Data Analytics & Insights) leverages data insights, analytics, and compelling storytelling to guide prioritization, accelerate adoption, and achieve meaningful outcomes.

  • Own and drive the product vision, roadmap, and backlog for data and analytics products aligned to business objectives.
  • Partner with stakeholders to identify opportunities, define product requirements, and translate business problems into actionable product features.
  • Use data exploration, visualization, and analytics to inform product decisions and prioritization.
  • Define success metrics, KPIs, and outcomes, track product performance against business goals.
  • Lead root cause analysis and translate insights into product enhancements and recommendations.
  • Collaborate with engineering, data, and project teams to ensure timely and high-quality delivery.
  • Enable user adoption through training, documentation, and stakeholder engagement.
  • Create and present data-driven storytelling to communicate complex findings clearly and persuasively to stakeholders.
  • Communicate product insights, trade-offs, and progress clearly to technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Ensure data quality, integrity, and consistency within product solutions.
  • Support cross-functional initiatives and projects by providing product leadership and analytical expertise.

You will be a great fit if you

  • 6-8 years of experience across product management, data analytics, business analytics, or closely related domains, with demonstrated ownership of data-driven products or solutions.
  • A Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Business Analytics, Actuarial Studies, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related quantitative discipline.
  • Strong hands-on expertise in data analysis, statistical methods, KPI definition, and data visualization, with the ability to translate insights into clear product requirements and roadmaps.
  • Proven experience working with cross-functional stakeholders (business, engineering, data teams) and managing product backlogs, requirements, and priorities in an agile environment.
  • Excellent communication and data storytelling skills, able to convey complex insights, trade-offs, and recommendations to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • High levels of accuracy, attention to detail, analytical thinking, and structured problem-solving, with a strong bias toward data-driven decision-making.

Nice to have

  • Agile / Product Management certifications (e.g., Scrum, SAFe, Pragmatic).
  • Experience working with data science, machine learning, or advanced analytics teams.
  • Exposure to forecasting, predictive analytics, or optimization use cases.
  • Familiarity with cloud data platforms (e.g., Azure).
  • Prior experience delivering enterprise-scale internal products or analytics platforms.
  • Experience driving user adoption, change management, and training for analytical products.
