Job Overview

We are looking for a Production Operator to oversee and manage the daily operations at our Sacha Inchi manufacturing facility. You will be responsible for ensuring smooth production flow, meeting quality and efficiency standards, and supporting continuous improvement initiatives.

Responsibilities

  • Operate production machines and equipment according to SOPs
  • Assist in daily production processes such as filling, packing, and labeling
  • Ensure products meet quality and hygiene standards before packing
  • Follow GMP, HACCP, ISO, and Halal requirements during work
  • Record basic production data (output, defects, materials used)
  • Report machine issues, quality problems, or safety hazards immediately
  • Maintain cleanliness of working area and equipment
  • Support supervisors in achieving daily production targets
  • Work as part of a team to ensure smooth production flow

Requirements

  • SPM / Certificate or equivalent
  • Experience in manufacturing or production environment (added advantage)
  • Able to follow instructions and standard procedures
  • Basic understanding of hygiene, cleanliness, and safety practices
  • Physically fit and able to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Willing to work overtime when required
  • Team player with positive attitude
  • Able to read and understand simple English or Malay
