Production & Packaging Technician (Full-Time)

Location: Tupper Lake, NY
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00am–5:00pm
Compensation: $18–$22 per hour depending on experience

Birch Boys is seeking a reliable, trainable Production & Packaging Technician to support weekly batch manufacturing and bottling operations in our GMP-certified facility.

This is a hands-on manufacturing role in a structured production environment. We are building a disciplined weekly production program and are looking for someone dependable who values consistency and clear expectations.

Schedule (Non-Negotiable)

Monday–Friday, 9am–5pm

Reliability, punctuality, and attendance are among the most critically important expectations required of this role

Responsibilities

  • Assist with batch production (weighing, staging, filtration support)
  • Operate automated liquid filling equipment
  • Operate semi-automatic labeling machine
  • Cap, seal, lot code, and box finished goods
  • Clean and sanitize production equipment
  • Stage bottles, labels, and packaging materials
  • Maintain organized, compliant work areas
  • Follow written SOPs and documented procedures precisely

Qualifications

  • Reliable and punctual
  • Comfortable performing repetitive tasks for extended periods
  • Able to lift 40–50 lbs
  • Detail-oriented and organized
  • Mechanically comfortable working with equipment
  • Manufacturing or production experience preferred but not required (we will train the right person)
  • This role is ideal for someone looking for a stable, structured full-time position in a growing local manufacturing company.

Compensation & Benefits

  • 90-day introductory employment period
  • Performance review at 90 days
  • After successful completion of 90 days:
