McIntosh Box and Pallet is hiring for 1st Production Team Member to join our team in Bernhards Bay NY!

We are looking for a technically skilled individual with excellent attention to detail to join out team as a 1st Shift Production Team Member in Bernhards Bay, NY!

Shift: 6am to 2:30pm Monday to Friday

Pay: $16 plus incentive

A Production Team Member will be responsible for operating wood processing equipment to cut material and build pallets and skids. The goal will be to ensure that products are build accurately, safely and efficiently. This individual will be responsible, hardworking and a team player.

Production Team Member's Job Responsibilities:

  • Run wood processing equipment such as cut off saws, notchers and stake pointers.
  • Build specialty pallets and skids
  • Repair pallets
  • Perform maintenance on equipment such as changing blades and greasing
  • Keep production areas clean and organized
  • Adhere to safety management standards
  • Comply with company policies and safety guidelines
  • Help maintain a safe and orderly environment of the facility
  • Operate and manage technical equipment
