Key Responsibilities

  • Provide comprehensive administrative and logistical support to Project Managers and project teams.
  • Assist in the planning, execution, and monitoring of various projects and initiatives.
  • Coordinate project schedules, meetings, workshops, and related logistical arrangements.
  • Prepare and maintain detailed project documentation, including reports, presentations, proposals, and correspondence.
  • Facilitate effective communication among project stakeholders, internal teams, and external partners.
  • Track project progress against timelines, identify potential issues, and assist in developing proactive solutions.
  • Manage project files, databases, and ensure information is accurately recorded and easily accessible.
  • Assist with budget tracking, expense reporting, invoice processing, and procurement processes.
  • Support the preparation of project proposals, presentations, and progress updates for internal and external audiences.
  • Undertake research tasks and data collection as required by project needs and objectives.

Required Skills

  • Proven experience (minimum 1 year) in an administrative or project support role.
