Description

Responsibilities

  • Answer incoming phone calls and greet customers in a professional, friendly manner.
  • Return missed calls in a timely order.
  • Collect and record customer details accurately.
  • Schedule appointments and estimates for field staff.
  • Communicate clearly with customers about scheduling, updates, and general inquiries.
  • Prioritize urgent calls and new leads to ensure quick response times.
  • Relay important updates and changes to the team throughout the day.
  • Provide an end-of-day summary report to management.
  • Assist with general administrative tasks as needed.

Qualifications

  • Strong communication skills (verbal and written).
  • Highly organized and dependable.
  • Ability to multitask and manage priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Professional phone presence and customer service skills.
  • Previous experience in a receptionist, customer service, or administrative role preferred.
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish or English/Portuguese) is a plus.
