Additional Details:

Required Skills/Experience: Knowledge of post-acute care, care coordination, case management, business development/marketing

Preferred Skills/Experience: Understanding of insurance authorizations and process

Required Credentials: Clinical background (Therapy, Nursing, Case Management/Social Work)

Shift & Scheduling: Weekends On Request. Monday through Friday with 1 weekend a month. The weekend shift is 4 hours Sat and 4 hours Sunday (they then flex off the following Thursday).

Floating Requirements: Clinical liaisons often “float” to cover different facilities. So some local travel to a neighboring hospital may occur.
