Come work for a great team! Lifetime Resources is seeking an RN to provide support with meeting health and safety needs of vulnerable individuals residing in our programs. These needs are met through assessments and reassessments of the clients, development and implementation of appropriate service plans and plans of care, monitoring of clients’ services, ongoing training and observation of direct care staff to determine they are competent prior to delegating tasks to them.

Our nurse will:

  • Complete regular on-stie client visits to monitor general health, check vitals, monitor progress, review client charts and documentation, provide feedback and direction to staff, etc.
  • Provide adequate assistance and support to delegates to ensure safe, reliable administration of resident care and resolution of care and service concerns.
  • Safeguard quality assurance and regulatory compliance while promoting the highest degree of quality care and service
  • Coordinate with care teams to determine resident health and wellness needs, auxiliary services, medication program management and completion of assessments and individual service plan
  • Provide training, observations and feedback for management and direct care team members as needed or requested for their performance management, evaluation and engagement
  • Utilize the nursing process (assessment, diagnosis, outcomes/planning, implementation and evaluation) to provide individualized nursing care to residents.
  • Collaborate with residents, family, and other inter-disciplinary colleagues, including providers, to plan, implement and evaluate care.
  • Demonstrate competency and practices within the full scope of nursing expertise/knowledge and utilizes appropriate age and population specific standards as designated in their assigned clinical setting.
  • Care for residents in all phases of preventative care, health maintenance, diagnosis, and treatment. Responsible for the coordination of care, resident assessment, resident education and various other nursing interventions.
  • Delegate appropriate tasks to unlicensed personnel that are within the job descriptions, skills, resident care needs, and the competence level of the delegate.

Qualifications

  • Valid RN License required
  • Proficient in patient care and assessment
  • Experience with catheterization, IV insertion, and tube feeding
  • Knowledge of EHR systems, including Epic and Cerner
  • Basic life support certification
  • Familiarity with long-term care and assisted living environments
  • Strong understanding of physiology and airway management
  • Experience in home and community care settings is a plus

Pay: From $41.00 per hour
