Our client, a dynamic and rapidly growing organization, is seeking a highly organized and proactive Remote Administrative Assistant to provide comprehensive executive support. This role is critical in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our executive team, enabling them to focus on strategic initiatives. As a fully remote position, you will have the flexibility to work from anywhere within Kenya, while maintaining a strong connection with our global team through advanced communication tools.

Responsibilities: Manage and maintain executive calendars, scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements with meticulous attention to detail. Coordinate and prepare for meetings, including agenda creation, minute-taking, and distribution of action items. Handle confidential and sensitive information with the utmost discretion and professionalism. Screen and prioritize incoming communications, including emails, phone calls, and mail, responding or redirecting as appropriate. Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, presentations, and other documents. Conduct research and gather information as needed to support executive decision-making. Assist with the preparation of budgets and expense reports. Maintain organized electronic and physical filing systems. Liaise with internal departments and external stakeholders on behalf of the executives. Proactively identify and address potential issues or conflicts, offering solutions. Provide general administrative support to the wider team as required. Qualifications: Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant, Executive Assistant, or in a similar role. Excellent organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and virtual collaboration tools (e.g., Zoom, Microsoft Teams). High level of discretion and professionalism when handling confidential information. Ability to work independently and as part of a remote team. Exceptional problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to tasks. A keen eye for detail and accuracy. Must be comfortable and adept at using various digital communication and productivity platforms. This role is based in Garissa, Garissa, KE , but operates on a fully remote basis.
