About the Role

Victory Land Sales is seeking an extremely motivated Remote Sales Representative to help Texas buyers secure land quickly. We’re the fastest-growing land investment company in Texas, with $12M in inventory and $10M launching in 2026. Opportunity to make 6 figures from home! If you are a bilingual mortgage loan office or realtor with a lot of drive please apply.

You’ll be responsible for:

  • Prospecting on social media, Facebook Marketplace, and other sources
  • Converting 25+ warm CRM leads weekly
  • Running phone and video sales presentations
  • Drafting contracts and managing deals through closing

Pay & Commission

  • Months 1–3: $5,000/month guaranteed ($2K base + $3K draw)
  • Month 4 and beyond:
  • 3% commission on cash sales
  • 2% commission on owner-financed sales
  • Top performers average $15,000+/month

What You Need (DO NOT APPLY UNLESS YOU MEET THESE REQUIREMENTS)

  • Fluent in both Spanish and English (required)
  • 2+ years of real estate experience and closed deals (required)
  • Strong sales experience and skills - will be tested! (required)
  • Outbound prospecting and lead generation skills - must be hungry! (required)
  • Organized, self-motivated, and comfortable working independently (required)
  • Familiarity with CRM tools, AI tools/software, and video sales (required)
  • Bonus if you live in Texas!
