They are seeking a highly experienced Senior Employment Litigation Attorney with a strong focus on Private Attorneys General Act (PAGA) matters to manage high-impact employment litigation cases. Responsibilities • Lead and manage a caseload of PAGA and wage & hour litigation matters • Draft and respond to pleadings, motions, and discovery • Represent clients in mediations, depositions, and court proceedings (remote and in-person as needed) • Provide strategic legal advice to clients on California Labor Code compliance • Collaborate with a remote legal team, including associates and support staff • Stay current with evolving labor laws and PAGA developments Skills • J.D. from an accredited law school and active California Bar membership • Minimum of 8 years of employment litigation experience, with a strong emphasis on PAGA • Deep understanding of California wage & hour laws and class/representative action practice • Excellent legal writing, research, and advocacy skills • Based in California with the ability to attend in-person proceedings as needed • Ability to work independently in a remote setting with strong time management Benefits • Bonus potential • Full benefits package included Company Overview • gpac is a staffing and recruiting company that provides talent recruitment and development services.
