They are seeking an Order Management & Operations Analyst to support daily fulfillment operations, ensure order accuracy, and generate actionable insights from operational data. Responsibilities • Monitor daily order fulfillment activity across multiple systems and sales channels • Identify, log, and resolve order exceptions (delays, shortages, cancellations, address issues, carrier errors) • Perform order research and investigations for missing, delayed, or disputed shipments • Support chargeback analysis, documentation gathering, and root cause identification • Communicate with fulfillment centers, carriers, and internal stakeholders to resolve order issues • Maintain accurate case logs and exception reporting • Analyze fulfillment and exception data to identify trends, repeat issues, and operational risks • Support asset protection initiatives by flagging suspicious activity or loss indicators • Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly operational performance reports • Track KPIs related to fulfillment accuracy, exception rates, backlog, and chargebacks • Prepare trend and performance reporting to support operational planning • Assist with data analysis requests related to fulfillment and loss prevention Skills • Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Operations, Analytics, or related field • 3-5 years of experience in order management, logistics, operations, or analytics support • Strong investigative and problem-solving skills • High attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple cases simultaneously • Proficiency in Excel / arenaflex Sheets (filters, pivots, lookups) • Strong written and verbal English communication skills • Ability to work Philippine hours with partial U.S. time zone overlap • Experience with Order Management Systems (OMS) or Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) • Exposure to chargebacks, disputes, or claims management • E-commerce or fulfillment operations background Benefits • Meaningful work & Growth: We take every opportunity to stretch ourselves and deliver an excellent client experience. • Employee as our biggest asset: We are genuinely invested in our people’s career and welfare. • Global reach & local impact: Get to work with high-growth startups and dynamic companies from the comfort of your own home.
