Who you are

Our full-time People Operations Manager will help develop and implement HR processes, policies, and initiatives to support Eclipse’s growing team. This is an exciting opportunity to make a significant impact on our organization’s growth and culture.

What you have

  • 3+ years of experience in HR or people operations roles, including in a startup (<30 person) environment
  • Proven track record of establishing 0 to 1 HR processes in fast-growing organizations, from recruiting to onboarding to performance management
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust and credibility with employees across the organization
  • Strategic ability to develop and execute HR initiatives that support business objectives and drive results
  • Strong understanding of employment laws and regulations, to ensure compliance and mitigate risks
  • Bachelor's degree required

What you’ll be doing

  • Develop and implement HR strategies, policies, and procedures to support Eclipse’s growth objectives
  • Develop and maintain HR systems and tools to streamline HR processes and enhance the employee experience
  • Lead the recruiting and onboarding process, including sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, and facilitating new hire set-up
  • Design and administer compensation and benefits programs, including salary benchmarking and employee initiatives, to attract and retain top talent
  • Manage employee relations, including conflict resolution and performance management, to foster a positive and collaborative work environment.
