Our client, a leader in the manufacturing sector, is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Production Supervisor to oversee operations at their facility. This role is critical for ensuring efficient, safe, and high-quality production output. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in manufacturing processes, team leadership, and a commitment to operational excellence. This position requires the candidate to be physically present at the facility.

Responsibilities:
Supervise and manage daily production activities, ensuring targets for quantity, quality, and timeliness are met. Lead, train, and motivate a team of production line workers to achieve optimal performance. Implement and enforce strict safety protocols and procedures to maintain a safe working environment. Monitor production processes, identify bottlenecks, and implement solutions to improve efficiency and reduce waste. Ensure adherence to quality control standards and implement corrective actions when necessary. Maintain accurate production records, including output, downtime, and material usage. Collaborate with maintenance teams to ensure equipment is well-maintained and operational. Participate in production planning and scheduling meetings. Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives, such as Lean Manufacturing or Six Sigma projects. Manage inventory levels of raw materials and finished goods within the production area. Conduct performance reviews for production staff and provide ongoing feedback and coaching. Ensure compliance with all company policies and regulatory requirements. Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing Technology, Business Administration, or a related field. Minimum of 5 years of experience in a manufacturing environment, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or leadership role. Proven knowledge of manufacturing processes, quality control, and safety regulations. Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities. Experience with Lean Manufacturing principles or Six Sigma methodologies is highly desirable. Proficiency in using production management software and MS Office Suite. Ability to work effectively under pressure and manage multiple priorities. Strong understanding of inventory management and supply chain principles. Detail-oriented with a strong commitment to safety and quality.
