Our client is looking for an accomplished and visionary Remote Senior Project Manager to spearhead complex digital transformation initiatives. This role is crucial for driving innovation and efficiency through the strategic planning, execution, and delivery of large-scale technology projects. You will manage cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and budgets, ensuring projects are completed on time, within scope, and to the highest quality standards, all while working remotely. The ideal candidate possesses a deep understanding of project management methodologies, agile frameworks, and the intricacies of digital product development.

Responsibilities:
Lead the end-to-end management of multiple concurrent digital transformation projects, from initiation to closure. Define project scope, goals, deliverables, and success criteria in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders. Develop detailed project plans, including resource allocation, timelines, and budget management. Facilitate and manage project team meetings, ensuring clear communication and alignment across all members. Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks and issues proactively. Track project progress, performance, and milestones, providing regular status reports to stakeholders and leadership. Manage stakeholder expectations and ensure effective communication throughout the project lifecycle. Implement and adhere to agile and hybrid project management methodologies as appropriate. Oversee the procurement of necessary resources and third-party vendor management. Ensure the quality and integrity of project deliverables. Foster a collaborative and high-performance remote team environment. Contribute to the continuous improvement of project management processes and best practices within the organization. Provide mentorship and guidance to junior project managers or team members. Champion change management initiatives associated with digital transformations. Qualifications:
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field. PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile certification (e.g., CSM, SAFe) is highly preferred. Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in project management, with a significant focus on digital transformation and IT projects. Proven track record of successfully delivering complex, large-scale projects on time and within budget. Strong understanding of software development lifecycles (SDLC), agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban), and Waterfall. Exceptional leadership, team management, and interpersonal skills, particularly in a remote setting. Excellent stakeholder management and communication abilities, with experience presenting to executive levels. Proficiency in project management software such as Jira, Asana, MS Project, or similar tools. Strategic thinking and a strong business acumen to align projects with organizational goals. Ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt to changing project requirements. Experience with change management principles and practices. Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate remote teams effectively. Strong negotiation and conflict resolution skills.
