Thomson Reuters is seeking a highly execution-focused Program Manager to lead complex partner implementation initiatives across a large external partner ecosystem. The role involves overseeing and managing implementation efforts, ensuring timelines, deliverables, and dependencies are clearly defined and executed.


Responsibilities

  • Own and manage complex implementation programs from initiation through delivery
  • Coordinate across internal teams and external partner organizations to ensure alignment and execution
  • Track and manage timelines, milestones, deliverables, risks, and dependencies
  • Connect cross-functional stakeholders and resolve blockers proactively
  • Design and optimize onboarding processes for partners
  • Balance supply and demand across internal teams and partner organizations
  • Ensure consistent communication, reporting, and accountability across stakeholders
  • Take ownership of the broader partner organization operations within scope

Skills

  • 7+ years of experience in program or project management
  • Proven experience managing implementation projects end-to-end
  • Experience supporting or managing initiatives involving external partners
  • Background in Professional Services project management or similar client-facing environments
  • Strong ability to manage multiple concurrent workstreams and competing priorities
  • Demonstrated success following up on commitments and driving accountability
  • Comfortable being hands-on and detail-oriented (not operating purely at a strategic/high-level)
  • Experience managing large partner ecosystems or channel organizations
  • Experience designing and scaling onboarding processes
  • Experience working across supply and demand constraints between internal teams and partners
  • Certifications such as PMP, PgMP, or similar (nice to have, not required)
