Shift Availability: Between 9:00 AM – 9:00 PM (rotating schedule, including opens, closes, and weekends)
Salary: From $17.60 per hour + tips

What You’ll Do

As a Salad Maker/Prep Team Member, you are responsible for delivering outstanding service while preparing high-quality meals. You’ll be the face of The Green Window—friendly, efficient, and always ready to help.

Responsibilities:

  • Greet every customer with warmth, energy, and professionalism
  • Guide guests through the menu and make helpful suggestions
  • Prepare salads and bowls quickly and accurately, following recipes and presentation standards
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and fully stocked prep line
  • Keep all work areas sanitized and follow food safety protocols
  • Restock ingredients and supplies throughout the shift
  • Communicate clearly and positively with team members
  • Handle customer questions or concerns with care and attention

What We’re Looking For

  • Previous experience in food service, hospitality, or customer service (preferred)
  • Excellent communication skills and a strong attention to detail
  • A positive attitude and team-first mindset
  • Ability to multitask and work efficiently during busy shifts
  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and rotating shifts
  • Valid Food Handler Certificate (or willing to obtain)
  • Ability to lift up to 25 lbs and stand for extended periods
