Join Manjoy Gadget Malaysia Sdn Bhd as a full-time Sales Assistant based in Ipoh, Perak. In this dynamic role, you will be at the forefront of delivering exceptional customer service and contributing to the overall success of our retail operation.

What you'll be doing

  • Providing friendly and knowledgeable assistance to customers, ensuring a positive shopping experience
  • Demonstrating and promoting our wide range of innovative gadgets and accessories
  • Efficiently processing sales transactions and handling cash and card payments
  • Maintaining a clean, organised and visually appealing store environment
  • Supporting stock management, including receiving, unpacking and merchandising new products
  • Actively participating in staff training and development initiatives

What we're looking for

  • Previous experience in a customer-facing retail or sales role, preferably within the consumer electronics or gadget industry
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to provide exceptional customer service
  • Excellent product knowledge and a passion for the latest consumer technology trends
  • Numerical skills and attention to detail to handle cash and card transactions accurately
