Absolutely. Here is an elevated, growth-focused version that feels inspiring, clear, and aligned with your standards:

Sales & Client Experience Associate

Pilates in Erin

Pilates in Erin is growing — and we’re looking for a Sales & Client Experience Associate who believes exceptional experiences don’t happen by accident. They’re built intentionally, one conversation, one follow-up, one detail at a time.

This is more than a front-facing role. It’s a leadership position within the client journey. You will help guide people into a stronger, more confident relationship with their bodies from the very first interaction.

If you love working with both numbers and humans, thrive on clear goals, and take pride in creating beautifully run systems, this role is for you.

What You’ll Do

  • Lead sales conversations with warmth and confidence, guiding prospective clients into the right Pilates membership for their goals
  • Track and meet KPIs related to sales, retention, and attrition
  • Follow up with leads thoughtfully and consistently
  • Support lead acquisition through campaigns, promotions, and relationship-building
  • Plan and execute studio events, challenges, and community activations
  • Coordinate promotions across email, social media, and in-studio touchpoints
  • Ensure the studio environment reflects our brand — organized, welcoming, and intentional
  • Work closely with our remote leadership team and in-studio instructors to deliver a seamless client experience

You are not “selling.” You are helping people make powerful decisions about their health.

You’re a Great Fit If You:

  • Love systems, checklists, and follow-through
  • Are highly detail-oriented and notice what others miss
  • Are comfortable with metrics and enjoy tracking progress
  • Make decisions using both data and intuition
  • Have knowledge of Pilates — or are deeply curious and eager to learn
  • Care about wellness, movement, and helping people feel strong and capable
  • Communicate confidently in person, over email, text, and social media
  • Take ownership and pride in your work

You understand that clarity is kindness — and you lead conversations with that mindset.

This Is a Growth Position

You will receive:

  • Ongoing mentorship and support from our leadership team
  • Weekly sales, marketing, and leadership training through our outsourced Boutique Fitness Growth Program
  • Hands-on development in boutique fitness operations
  • The opportunity to grow into a larger leadership role within the Erin studio and across our organization

We invest in our people.

There is potential for:

  • Expanded leadership responsibilities
  • Conference and event travel
  • Advanced training and professional development
  • Long-term career growth within our organization

If you are passionate about fitness and wellness, and want to learn from one of the top boutique fitness studio organizations in North America how to develop your sales, leadership, and client experience skills — this is your opportunity.

At Pilates in Erin (and our sister studio, Pilates in Guelph), we believe every client deserves to feel seen, supported, and guided with care — from their first inquiry to their hundredth class.

If you are motivated by meaningful work, clear expectations, personal growth, and being part of a team that holds a high standard of excellence — we would love to meet you.

Apply today.
This could be the opportunity that changes the trajectory of your career.
