LEO MABATI
is a growing roofing sheets manufacturer and supplier based in Naivasha. We are looking for a Sales & Customer Care Officer to support front-office sales, customer engagement, order coordination, and basic systems administration.

Key Responsibilities

·      Greet and assist walk-in customers professionally and handle inquiries via phone and WhatsApp Business

·      Explain roofing products clearly, including profiles, gauges, colors, and lengths

·      Prepare quotations, follow up on leads, and convert inquiries into sales

·      Capture sales orders, invoices, and receipts accurately in the ERP system

·      Coordinate confirmed orders with the factory and dispatch team

·      Monitor and update stock levels through the ERP system and report shortages

·      Record customer details and daily sales activities

·      Ensure invoices and receipts are properly issued for tax compliance

·      Handle customer complaints and inquiries promptly and professionally

·      Manage company social media accounts by posting product updates and responding to inquiries

Requirements

·      Certificate or Diploma in Sales, Business, Accounting, ICT, or a related field

·      Experience in sales or customer service (hardware/building materials experience is an advantage)

·      Ability to use ERP/POS or computerized invoicing systems (or willingness to learn quickly)

·      Basic knowledge of stock control, invoicing, and receipt handling

·      Good communication skills in English and Kiswahili

·      Computer literate (WhatsApp Business, basic Excel, email)

·      Honest, accurate, organized, and able to work independently

·      Customer-focused with a strong sales mindset
