<strong>Description<br><br></strong><strong>PRIMARY FUNCTION<br><br></strong><strong>Support the Area Sales and Operations Manager (ASOM) in achieving retail sales targets and business objectives by:<br><br></strong><ul><li>Managing daily counter operations efficiently.</li><li>Developing and supervising Beauty Advisors (BAs) and Airport Coordinators (APC).</li><li>Coordinating marketing activities and executing point-of-sale strategies for product launches and promotions.</li><li>Planning, implementing, and monitoring incentive programs for BAs.</li><li>Leading and motivating BAs and APCs to maximize brand retail sales.<br><br></li></ul><strong>Responsibilities<br><br></strong><ul><li>Retail Sales Management</li><li>Collaborate with the Area Sales and Operations Manager (ASOM) to review monthly retail sales targets and performance for each location.</li><ul><li>Analyze business results against sales objectives, trends, and competitive landscape.</li><li>Prepare and deliver monthly sales reports with commentary.</li></ul><li>Ensure brand and counter presentation, including visual merchandising, consistently aligns with brand standards and philosophy.</li><li>Oversee and implement all promotional activities and in-store programs.</li><li>Communicate updates to Beauty Advisors (BAs) to ensure awareness of the marketing calendar and ongoing promotions.</li><li>Provide targeted guidance and instructions to BAs, tailored to individual strengths and development needs, to support achievement of sales goals.</li><li>Inventory management </li><li>Optimize stock levels and manage inventory (min/max) for the assigned focus market.</li><li>Ensure proper order replenishment and product assortment review in close collaboration with ASOM</li><li>Manage and follow up on product launches and testers</li><li>Support Promotional Events/ Activities</li><li>Coordinate and execute setting up details relating to High Profile Promotions and in-store programs and promotions working with Field Merchandiser or Project Executive</li><li>Provide feedback on marketing opportunities and monitors & identifies marketing potential for new and existing products and promotions.</li><li>Ensure all go-to-market materials and promotional elements are available in store to support launches.</li><li>Supervision and Team Management of Beauty Advisors</li><li>Assist ASOM in BA headcount and productivity to ensure sufficient staffing coverage for the counters</li><li>Conducts on-counter orientation and elementary product training for new BAs to enable them to perform their job until formal training is organized by the Training Managers</li><li>Evaluate the performance of BAs and work closely with training managers to enhance product knowledge and sales techniques to improve performance</li><li>Ensure Beauty Advisors uphold grooming standards of the brand</li><li>Spend minimum 60% of time in-store coaching and working with BAs.</li><li>Train and develop Beauty Advisors</li><li>Closely collaborate with Education team to develop in-store training through regular store visit</li><li>Coach and motivate BAs based on individual talent and skills to drive sales objectives and brand equity</li><li>Work with ELC Beauty Advisors or Retailers BAs and coach them to achieve their sales goals.</li><li>Conduct Generic Staff Training<br></li></ul><strong>Qualifications<br><br></strong><ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in business management/administration or similar degree</li><li>Minimum of 3 years’ relevant experience in Retail Operations or Sell-out roles, preferably in the travel retail industry</li><li>Well groomed</li><li>Good organization and communication skills</li><li>Good presentation skills</li><li>Proficient in MS Office and Excel</li><li>Willingness to travel (50%)</li><li>Proven sales track record</li></ul>
