Job Summary

The job holder will be responsible for growing the business by recruiting new members, marketing the Sacco's products and services, developing sales strategies or marketing campaigns, account management, loan growth, retention of the existing portfolio and generation of relevant reports

Duties and Responsibilities

The holder of this position is required to execute all the duties and responsibilities detailed below;

i. Customer Service and Care

a. Handling members' queries that are within office authority.

b. Member education and sensitization on new developments.

c. Initiate development and regular review of the customer service charter.

ii. Selling

a. Sell and market all Sacco products.

b. Prepare presentations for prospective customers.

c. Recruit new members to the Sacco.

iii. Marketing

a. Prospect for new business.

b. Implement all marketing and business growth strategies.

c. Develop and execute an annual strategic marketing plan that will expand the Sacco's brand awareness, growth and service.

d. Participate in trade fairs, marketing promotions, road shows and any other publicity campaign as may be assigned and providing reports on the same.

iv. Relationship Management

a. Establish and maintain effective working relationships with members.

b. Member education – communicate Sacco information to the customers on any new policies that may be implemented.

c. Visit clients to get complaints/comments and handling complaints at the field level.

d. Maintain and develop corporate image and reputation and protect society brands.

Qualifications.

I.    Education

Diploma in Marketing, Business or a Related Field.

Motorcycle license will be an added advantage.
