<p><strong>Job Title:</strong> Senior Estimator</p><p><strong>Location:</strong> Randolph, MA (On-site)</p><p><strong>Employment Type:</strong> Full-Time</p><p><br></p><p><strong>About the Role</strong></p><p>We are seeking an experienced <strong>Senior Estimator</strong> to join a growing construction team in <strong>Randolph, MA</strong>. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented professional with strong analytical skills and a solid background in commercial and/or public construction projects. The Senior Estimator will play a key role in preparing accurate cost estimates, managing bid processes, and supporting preconstruction efforts.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></p><ul><li>Prepare detailed cost estimates for commercial, industrial, and/or public works projects</li><li>Analyze drawings, specifications, and other documentation to prepare time, cost, materials, and labor estimates</li><li>Solicit and review subcontractor and supplier quotes</li><li>Conduct quantity take-offs and pricing</li><li>Identify cost-saving opportunities and value engineering options</li><li>Participate in bid reviews and presentations</li><li>Maintain up-to-date knowledge of market pricing, materials, and labor trends</li></ul><p><br></p><p>Qualifications</p><ul><li>5+ years of experience in construction estimating</li><li>Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and pricing</li><li>Experience with commercial, industrial, or public projects preferred</li><li>Proficiency in estimating software (Procore, Bluebeam, PlanSwift, or similar)</li><li>Excellent analytical, mathematical, and communication skills</li><li>Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferred</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>Salary and Other Compensation:</strong></p><p>The annual salary for this position is between $140,000 – $170,000 annually.
