About the location:

Four Seasons Resort Nevis and Four Seasons Resort Punta Mita and Naviva, a Four Seasons Resort are looking for a shared Senior Group Sales Manager. This unique opportunity offers best in class group managers with the opportunity to sell three world class hotels while being based from home. In this position you will promote and sell to the group market in the West Coast in the USA .

You will generate awareness of Nevis, Punta Mita and Naviva through direct phone sales; direct sales calls, tradeshows and networking groups; you will work closely with the sales and marketing team to solicit, sell and confirm business required to meet budgeted sales goals. This position requires a high degree of independent judgement and discretion on decision making. This position is home based and to be based in a city with easy access to both resorts and assigned market in the United States. Travel within the market and to both Resorts is required.

Responsibilities:

  • Generates awareness for the three resorts through direct phone sales; direct sales calls, tradeshows and networking groups.
  • Work closely with sales and marketing teams to solicit, sell and confirm business required to meet budgeted sales goals for the properties.

Requirements :

  • A high degree of independent judgement and discretion on decision making and managing confidential information of the two properties;
  • A minimum of five years’ of Luxury Hotel Group Sales
  • College Degree Graduate (4 years or equivalent);
  • Strong and effective interpersonal skills, outstanding communication and presentation skills;
  • Proven relationships in the luxury group industry;
  • Goal driven and assertive in pursuing lead opportunities;
  • Excellent communications skills (verbal and written), a strong sense of quality and a creative mind set;
  • A self-starter that can multi-task and prioritize;
  • Travel – varies but approximately 40% of the time;
  • Able to work remote from home office in the United States;
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States;
  • Must have worked West Coast incentive Market
