Act as a subject matter expert on cloud computing, specifically Cloudflare's offerings, and stay up-to-date on industry trends and developments. Collaborate with sales teams to understand customer needs and develop solutions that meet their requirements. Conduct technical presentations and demonstrations to showcase the capabilities of Cloudflare's products. Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues for clients, utilizing advanced problem-solving skills. Create and maintain technical documentation and training materials for Cloudflare's products and services. Continuously evaluate and improve processes and procedures to enhance the customer experience. Serve as a mentor and resource for other team members, sharing knowledge and best practices. Stay informed on competitor products and services and make recommendations for product enhancements. Represent Cloudflare at industry events, conferences, and trade shows to promote our products and services. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product management and engineering, to provide feedback and insights on customer needs and market trends. Keep a customer-centric mindset, always striving to provide the best solutions and experience for our clients. Continuously learn and develop expertise in cloud computing, staying current with new technologies and advancements in the field.
