Oversee all logistics and warehouse operations for The Walt Disney Company's Hotel Port Operations, ensuring they run smoothly and efficiently. Develop and implement strategies to optimize logistics and warehouse processes, including inventory management, supply chain management, and transportation planning. Collaborate with other departments to coordinate and manage the flow of goods, supplies, and equipment to and from the hotel ports. Maintain accurate inventory records and ensure all products and supplies are properly stored and organized in the warehouse. Monitor and analyze inventory levels to make informed decisions on purchasing and restocking items. Train and supervise warehouse staff, ensuring they follow safety protocols and adhere to company policies and procedures.
