A family owned automotive repair center is seeking a Service Advisor / CSR! An automotive service as acts as the primary point of contact between customers and the service department, responsible for understanding customer vehicle concerns, communicating those needs to technicians, providing accurate repair cost estimates, scheduling appointments, and ensuring customer satisfaction throughout the repair process. This position calls for a highly organized and customer-service minded individual, working internally with management, and other office staff.

What we look for in Customer Service Representatives:

  • Two or more years of experience in the automotive industry

  • Self-motivated with efficient problem solving skills

Pay: $17.00hr+ (DOE)
Shift: Monday - Friday, 8am -5pm
