In this key role, you'll oversee all aspects of logistics operations, including inbound and outbound shipment activities, while ensuring strict adherence to EH&S and cGMP standards. You'll coordinate material movements, manage relationships with freight forwarders, and serve as the primary liaison between Operations, Project Management, Quality, and Warehousing teams. This position offers the opportunity to develop effective logistics strategies, enhance transportation processes, and maintain consistent material flow while ensuring compliance with international trade regulations.<br /><br />REQUIREMENTS:</p><p><b>Essential Duties and Responsibilities:</b></p><h3><b>Operations & Compliance</b></h3><ul><li><p>Manage and supervise daily operations processes in accordance with established procedures and cGMP standards.</p></li><li><p>Plan and deploy core operational activities, new projects, and ad-hoc tasks.</p></li><li><p>Ensure strict compliance with cGMP, SOPs, EH&S standards, and international trade regulations.</p></li><li><p>Authorize and maintain written procedures and related documentation, including revisions and amendments.</p></li><li><p>Ensure approved instructions related to operations are clearly communicated and strictly implemented.</p></li><li><p>Raise and investigate non-conformances/deviations in Global TrackWise and ensure timely closure.</p></li></ul><h3><b>Team Leadership & Resource Management</b></h3><ul><li><p>Ensure sufficient manpower, resources, and flexibility to support daily operations and volume fluctuations.</p></li><li><p>Drive safety, efficiency, productivity, on-time delivery (OTD), and quality performance.</p></li><li><p>Conduct performance reviews, provide regular feedback, and support employee development.</p></li><li><p>Promote a culture of accountability, quality, and continuous improvement.</p></li><li><p>Support Operations Manager and General Manager in task delegation and operational alignment.</p></li></ul><h3><b>Logistics & Coordination</b></h3><ul><li><p>Oversee inbound and outbound shipments and coordinate material movement.</p></li><li><p>Manage relationships with freight forwarders and logistics partners.</p></li><li><p>Act as primary liaison between Operations, Project Management, Quality, and Warehousing teams.</p></li><li><p>Support inventory management, stock taking, and other activities to ensure operational continuity.</p></li><li><p>Ensure timely submission of operational reports and provide data analysis when required.</p></li></ul><h3><b>Continuous Improvement & Audit Readiness</b></h3><ul><li><p>Lead team participation in PPI and continuous improvement initiatives.</p></li><li><p>Ensure proper documentation in relevant systems (e.g., Rever or other dashboards).</p></li><li><p>Participate in internal and external audits and support audit readiness activities.</p></li><li><p>Enforce workplace safety standards, housekeeping (5S), and EHS compliance.</p></li></ul><p></p><p></p><p><b>Minimum Requirements/Qualifications: </b></p><p>Diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Operations Management, or related field.</p><p>Minimum 2–3 years of relevant experience in logistics or operations, preferably in a clinical trials, pharmaceutical, or controlled temperature environment.</p><p>At least 1 year of people management or supervisory experience.</p><p>Working knowledge of cGMP, EH&S, and quality systems.</p><p>Good communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.</p><p>Ability to work in a fast-paced and regulated environment.</p><p></p><p></p><p></p><p></p>
