Are you an experienced appointment setter who excels at opening doors? We are seeking driven, articulate appointment setters to join our expanding team. This is not a direct sales role; your objective is to connect homeowners with fully funded energy solutions that provide genuine value.

The Opportunity

You will be contacting homeowners to arrange fully funded Energy Performance Surveys. This is a "warm" offer—if the home qualifies, the resident could receive up to £2,000 in energy funding and a £250 Amazon gift voucher. You aren't selling anything on the phone, you are providing access to significant financial benefits and home improvements.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conducting outbound calls to identify qualifying homeowners.
  • Educating residents on the benefits of an Energy Performance Survey.
  • Scheduling appointments for our surveyors to conduct on-site evaluations.
  • Maintaining a high level of professionalism and accuracy in data entry.

What We Are Looking For

  • Industry Experience: Previous experience with, Appointment setting, sales, cold calling or home improvements is essential.
  • Phone Mastery: Proven track record in cold calling or call centre environments.
  • Communication: A persuasive, friendly, and professional telephone manner.
  • Resilience: The ability to maintain high energy levels and hit booking targets.

Earnings & Incentives

We offer a highly competitive, performance-led compensation structure designed for high achievers:

  • £10 per booked appointment.
  • £200 for every appointment that converts to a sale.
  • Realistic Targets: Our top performers consistently book 5+ appointments daily with a 50% conversion rate. A very high earning potential with an average of approximately £2000 per week for the right person.
