Key Responsibilities

  • Assist senior editors in organizing, labeling, and cataloging raw footage and other media assets.
  • Perform basic video editing tasks, including cutting, trimming, and assembling clips according to project guidelines.
  • Apply simple visual effects, transitions, lower-thirds, and text overlays as directed by lead editors.
  • Ensure consistent audio levels, apply noise reduction, and perform basic color correction across all project elements.
  • Prepare project files for review, integrate feedback, and export final deliverables in various formats.
  • Research and source appropriate royalty-free stock footage, music, sound effects, and graphic elements.
  • Collaborate actively with team members via virtual communication tools to understand project requirements and creative vision.
  • Maintain organized file structures and adhere strictly to established naming conventions for all media and project files.
  • Participate diligently in virtual team meetings and ongoing training sessions to enhance editing skills and software proficiency.
