Summary As the VP, Head of Analytics, Data Science & Pricing, you will define how Upwork uses data, insights, and economics to accelerate growth and shape the company’s strategy. Reporting to the CFO, you’ll lead Data Science, Corporate Analytics, Customer Insights, Research, and Pricing—partnering closely with Product, Engineering, Marketing, and AI. This role is central to understanding how AI is reshaping work, building data products for Human+AI collaboration, and delivering insights that inform internal strategy and external thought leadership, aligning with Upwork’s mission and financial goals.
