What you'll do

You’ll love what you do and take pride in delighting our guests:
  • You will be jointly responsible for the day to day operations of the In-Room Dining area, to ensure our guests receive nothing but the best experience.
  • Take and process guest orders accurately and efficiently via phone or in-person.
  • Deliver food and beverages promptly while ensuring presentation and quality meet the hotel standards.
  • Set up and serve in-room dining orders with precision, ensuring guest preferences are met.
  • Handle guest inquiries and requests professionally, ensuring the highest level of satisfaction.
  • Monitor and anticipate guest needs, providing recommendations and personalized service.
  • You are aware of revenue targets and assist in ensuring these are achieved and exceeded, simultaneously all costs are controlled within pre-set budgets including beverage cost and other expenses.

  • By taking part in a daily team briefing pre-service, you ensure you are well informed of the daily happenings around the hotel as well as the upcoming service.
  • During your daily routine, you liaise with other departments when required to ensure an immaculate presentation of your outlet and high standards of cleanliness as well as maintenance are upheld at all times including restaurant furniture, equipment, floors, fixtures and fittings.
