**Role Summary**: Under direct supervision, working with both internal and external parties perform a variety of duties ensuring that SAP transaction done in timely manners and as per company process and procedure. Provides basic and some advance support by handling a wide variety of administrative functions within a functional area. May handle special project as assigned. **Essential Responsibilities**: Health, Safety and Environment Actively participate in HSE programs as assigned Keep work areas of the facility in a safe, clean and organized manner at all times in accordance with 6S checklist If ever any HSE incident takes place, Stop Work and report immediately to your manager Review all associated ORA’s/HRA’s/MOC’s/Work Permits prior to starting work and exercise Stop Work at any time for safety **Delivery** Optimize work flow, warehouse/yard layout efficiency “Lean” Liaise with AMO/Mfg./Service Delivery/Logistics/Quality as needed to ensure on time delivery and shipments Other warehouse and yard duties/projects as assigned Be able to achieve and maintain Competency Assessments as required Perform data entry into respective systems timely & accurately Deliver as outlined in local service level agreement 6S and Lean - Execute 6S (Sort, Set in Order, Shine, Standardize, Sustain and Safety) plan Perform physical inventory and asset verification (CC/API) Perform SAP transaction for material movements **People** Foster a positive, respectful and inclusive work environment Adhere to the on call/shift schedule; notify your manager immediately if any issues arise that would prevent you from meeting your scheduled obligations Take the opportunity to consult with your manager (or any level of HR/leadership) immediately if any work related or personal circumstances are impeding your ability to be safe and successful.
