Are you ready to dive into the thrilling world of entertainment? Based in our Singapore office for a 6-month duration, as a Sales Planning and Operations Intern, you will embark on a transformative journey that not only enhances your skills but also provides you with meaningful, hands-on experience in the heart of the entertainment industry.



What You'll Do:



In this role you will support the SEA Sales Planning and Operations (SP&O) team on daily sales planning and operational activities including:

• Deal Management & Administration: Take charge of setting up and maintaining deals in our in-house built contracting system. You'll prepare Sales Orders and track the workflow and approval process of new Contracts, Amendments, and Notifications across Southeast Asia, including filing of final documents.

• Sales Data Preparation: Preparing sales data to support sales and the SP&O team in preparing sales analysis.

• General Administration: Keep the wheels turning by coordinating payments and materials delivery, following up on contracts, and maintaining efficient tracking systems. Your organizational skills will shine here!

• Social Media Monitoring & Performance Tracking: Monitor social media channels and track the performance of content, helping the team understand what's resonating with audiences and where we can optimise engagement.

• Marketing Asset Delivery: Support the delivery of marketing assets to agencies using in-house asset management platforms such as Sony Pictures Connect, Runner, and Veritone, ensuring materials are accurate, on time, and ready for use.

• Content Review & Approvals: Review social media content to ensure it abides to guidelines and consolidate social media assets for approval.

• TVOD Performance Tracking: Track title performance and placement across Transactional Video on Demand partner platforms.



Who We're Looking For:

• Students or recent graduates in Finance, Accounting, Information Systems, or Business Administration.

• Excel wizards! You must be an expert in MS Excel (pivot tables are a must; macros are a bonus).

• Proficient in MS Word and PowerPoint.

• A passion for Hollywood movies, US TV series, and Asian content.

• Strong communication skills, both spoken and written in English.

• Detail-oriented, professional, and equipped with a ''can-do'' attitude.

• Able to commit to a 6-month adventure with us!

• Please note that this role is based in Singapore. In order to enable us to meet statutory and regulatory obligations of the Singapore immigration system you must have the appropriate immigration permission needed to work and reside in Singapore for the duration of the employment.
