Overview of Job Description: We are currently seeking On-Call employees to work from home. The primary responsibility of the position is to make outbound calls to conduct a political poll. We are seeking candidates that will be available during the weekends, that are punctual, and can achieve all performance goals set forth.

No experience is necessary, all you need to bring is the effort and strong verbal communication skills!

The position starts at $11.00 per hour. You should be outgoing and able to work in a fast-paced environment.

Technical Requirements:

  • MacBook or Chromebook or a Windows PC with Windows 10 or higher (no tablets)
  • Laptops are accepted, but a mouse is required
  • USB headset with noise-canceling microphone required (no Bluetooth or 3.5mm jack)
  • Google Chrome, Edge, Firefox or Safari installed as a browser
  • High-Speed Internet ( 10 Mbps download /10 Mbps upload)
  • Recommended hardwired into the internet via ethernet cable for faster speeds
  • Processor: semi-recent multi-core processors; Intel i3 6300 / AMD R5 1600 recommended
  • RAM: 4+ Gb recommended

Special Requirements:

  • Must have a quiet space free of background noise while working
  • Strong verbal communication skills (Reading)

Schedule/Hours:

This is an on-call weekend only position (Friday, Saturday, and Sunday). There is no set schedule, and hours will vary based on projects and company needs. Applicants need to be available during the weekend.
