<p><strong>Location: </strong>3520 Laird Road Mississauga, L5L 5Z7</p> <p><strong>Schedule: </strong>Wed to Sun (9:00 AM to 5:00 PM) - fully on-site</p> <p><strong>About the Role</strong></p> <p>As the Workforce Planner & Administrator, you will oversee workforce planning, scheduling, and workforce performance reporting. You will report to the Site Director and will interact with Site Operations, Human Resources, Talent Acquisition, and Contingency Worker Agencies on a regular basis.</p> <p><strong>What you will be doing:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Create a rolling-week labor plan with defined staffing risks and actions, recommended staffing levels and mix; based on the end objective of delivering on-time and on budget production plan</li> <li>Facilitate regular alignment meetings with Production, HR, and agency partners to review labor plans, adjust for volume fluctuations, and ensure on-time, on-budget delivery of production goals.</li> <li>Optimize labor deployment and shift design across different areas (Prep, Cook, Pack, Quality, Sanitation, Warehouse) to maximize line efficiency, minimize downtime, and match staffing to real-time production loads. Collaborate with Production and Planning to balance headcount based on daily meal targets, product mix, and throughput constraints.</li> <li>Track and analyze workforce data and key metrics — including internal vs. agency mix, attendance, absenteeism, attrition, and overtime — to proactively identify labor risks and improvement opportunities.
